Q: How long until I receive my package?
A: We ship all our items in 1-2 business days of purchase for both domestic and international orders. Delivery depends on shipping method selected at checkout. Want your package even sooner? Be sure to select a quicker option like USPS Priority Mail.  

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Each item's shipping cost is based on weight of packages. Bandanas and Collars weigh as little as 3oz, and with our simple shipping packages you won't overpay for shipping. 

Q: If I buy more than one item, do I pay separate shipping for each?
A: Nope! Our system calculates the weight for everything in your cart. This means you'll never overpay for shipping and get the best price possible. 

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Although it depends on which service you select, most customers use USPS First Class Mail and pay on average $3.00 USD for a package weighing 4 ounces or less. 


Q: What companies do you ship with?
A: Choose between USPS, UPS, DHL and other options to select the right shipping method for you. 

Q: How will I know my package was sent out?
A: Every package is sent with a tracking number and will be sent via email when your package has been shipped. Check your package's tracking number for the most up to date information on its whereabouts.  

Q: My package hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
A: First, check the tracking information in your shipping record email. Second, connect with us at contact@hundenfolk.com so we can help track it down. 

Q: I've cancelled my order, will I be refunded shipping costs?
A: Yes! If you order is canceled for any reason you will be refunded in total, including fees and shipping costs.
