TRAILHEAD POINTS
Earn points every time you shop.
Earn 1 Trailhead Point for every $1 spent on eligible merchandise, in-store or online.
Points are earned on your merchandise total after discounts and before tax, and are rounded up to the nearest whole point.
100 points = $5 in rewards.
Each point is valid for 12 months from the date it is earned.

Buy 12 qualifying meals. Get 1 free.
All Smallbatch complete & balanced meals qualify when purchases stay within the same food line and bag size. You can rotate proteins within that qualifying group.
Does not include: 8 oz Lightly Cooked trial packs, blends, Super Boosters, treats, or bone broth.
Your free item must stay within the same qualifying line and bag size. When protein prices vary, your reward value is based on your qualifying purchase history. If at least 6 of your 12 purchases were made at a particular price or higher, you may redeem an eligible item up to that value.
Example: If 9 of your 12 qualifying purchases were Duck and 3 were a lower-priced Turkey recipe, your free item may still be Duck.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I earn Trailhead Points and Frequent Buyer progress on the same purchase?
Yes. Qualifying food purchases can earn both regular Trailhead Points and Frequent Buyer progress.
Do online purchases count toward Frequent Buyer?
Yes. Qualifying online and in-store purchases count the same when the purchase is connected to your Hundenfolk customer account.
Can I redeem Frequent Buyer rewards online?
Not yet. Frequent Buyer rewards are currently redeemed in-store at Hundenfolk.
Can I rotate proteins?
Yes, when the proteins are within the same qualifying food line and bag size and the participating brand allows protein rotation.
Do Trailhead Points expire?
Yes. Each Trailhead Point is valid for 12 months from the date it is earned.
Do purchases made before Trailhead Frequent Buyer launched count?
No. Frequent Buyer progress begins with qualifying purchases made after the program launch date. Previous purchases are not eligible for retroactive credit.
Do Frequent Buyer purchases expire?
Yes. Each qualifying Frequent Buyer purchase is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What happens if I return or refund a purchase?
Trailhead Points and Frequent Buyer progress associated with returned or refunded merchandise are adjusted accordingly.
Can Trailhead Rewards be combined with other discounts or promotions?
Trailhead reward redemptions cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Certain manufacturer promotions may also be excluded from Frequent Buyer earning when specifically stated.
How do I check my Frequent Buyer progress?
Ask us anytime in-store, by phone, or through website chat. Frequent Buyer progress is not yet displayed in your online account.
Do I need to be subscribed to email to earn Trailhead Rewards?
Yes. An active Hundenfolk customer account and active email subscription are required to participate in Trailhead Rewards. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer earn Trailhead Points or Frequent Buyer progress on future purchases unless you rejoin.
If you unsubscribe, any Trailhead Points and Frequent Buyer progress you’ve already earned will remain in your account and continue to follow their normal expiration dates. Purchases made while you’re unsubscribed will not earn new points or Frequent Buyer progress. Resubscribe anytime to begin earning again on future qualifying purchases.
Program Terms
Trailhead Rewards Program Terms
Trailhead Rewards is available to Hundenfolk customers with an active customer account and active email subscription. Rewards and Frequent Buyer progress are tied to that account and are not transferable between customers.
Each Trailhead Point and each qualifying Frequent Buyer purchase is valid for 12 months from the date it is earned.
If you unsubscribe from Hundenfolk email, previously earned Trailhead Points and Frequent Buyer progress remain in your account and retain their existing expiration dates. Purchases made while you are unsubscribed do not earn new Trailhead Points or Frequent Buyer progress.
Trailhead Points and Frequent Buyer rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points, qualifying purchases, and rewards may be adjusted when merchandise is returned, refunded, canceled, or when an account error is identified.
Trailhead reward redemptions cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated. Certain manufacturer promotions may also be excluded from Frequent Buyer earning when specifically noted.
Participating brands, qualifying products, earning requirements, promotional offers, and reward values may change from time to time.
Hundenfolk reserves the right to correct account errors, prevent misuse or abuse of the program, and modify or discontinue Trailhead Rewards or any portion of the program. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
